They are very attractive and I like that they can be twisted to give more product.
I thought these might be like oil pastels. They mark like them but they are called Pigment Pens. I don't know the difference. They are very soft - kind of slippery (not in a bad way). It is difficult to be accurate and stay within the lines because they slip easily.
When they are applied they have a texture. You can scrape off the texture and the colour still stays on but is less intense. They take more than a few seconds to dry.
Love the colors but cannot make very thin lines. They also leave little pieces behind which can make a mess. There is definitely a learning curve to using these well. If I can master the use of these pens I will buy more, but not until. I agree that it is hard to stay in the lines and that a tutorial on how to use them would be very useful. Like the twist up feature and colors are fantastic. I recommend these because of the beautiful colors, but have some hesitation as described above.
You can’t color with them because you end up with a mess. I love the colors but I’m not sure how to apply them.
