This package includes 10 sheets of Brushed Silver Metallic Cardstock from Altenew. This cardstock measures 8.5" x 11". This paper is printed on 250 gsm paper which is medium-weight paper. This paper can be used for die cutting, embossing, layering on cards, and matting photos on cards and scrapbook pages. It can be used to make cards, tags, scrapbook pages, and other paper crafting, home decor, and mixed media projects. This paper is acid-free.
I love cutting out die shapes with this lovely silver cardstock — everything from leaves to “Peace” for holiday cards.
I can't speak to how this cuts, but it's cardstock. I don't expect there to be any great difference. But I did want to write a review and say how stunned I was at the softness and smoothness to the look of this cardstock. I have not bought metallic papers online before and was pleasantly surprised. I wanted the brushed gold as well, but it was out of stock. I am the odd man out I guess because I don't care for gold so this I am more than happy with for a long time. This has such a smoothness to it that it is hard to explain other than softened butter how it looks so smooth when it's slightly melted together.
