This package of Volcano embellishments is part of the Popz Collection from Buttons Galore and More. This package includes one tablespoon of acrylic spheres complimented by sparkling crystals in shades of dark red. These embellishments range in size from 3 to 5 mm. These embellishments offer a flat back so they can be glued to most surfaces. These Popz can be used on cards, shaker cards, slimline cards, scrapbook pages, tags, journals, planners, and other paper crafting, home decor, and mixed media projects.
I like this mix, but thought the whole red spheres were half-pearls. I don't know what they're talking about that they would be good on cards with their flat backs, as they are NOT flat, but the red gems are. I may split this mix up and put the gems with others of their colors and just put the spheres in a baggie by themselves for shaker cards. I missed that there were spheres when I bought them, or I probably wouldn't have gotten them, as I don't get whole spheres anymore.
This having been said, there is nothing wrong with this mix. I like the color red of the spheres and the gems, with their reflective facets, so I'm still happy with this purchase.
