The package includes one sheet of paper designed by Steven Duncan that is made in the USA. The paper features bold blue and white stripes on one side and colorful banners on the other.
Carta Bella is the only supplier of card stock/scrapbook materials with a true circus theme (not cutesy) I have ever found in previous shopping. However, Tim Holtz had some magnificent circus theme paper several years ago that I purchased but it was never offered again.
When I saw that Carta Bella had these new Circus themed papers and embellishments I immediately placed an order. Upon receipt of my order I was blown away with the high quality and thickness of just the paper alone and immediately placed a second order.
