This bottle of Cosmic Shimmer Glow in the Dark Fluffy Stuff is from Creative Expressions. This is a water-based dimensional paint that goes on white and after it dries and lights go off, it becomes green. This small bottle has a fine nozzle to control precisely where you want the medium to go. This medium works on a variety of surfaces. To use this Fluffy Stuff, simply write with or spread out the Fluffy Stuff and then gently heat it with a heat gun (sold separately), while keeping the gun moving at all times. The Fluffy Stuff will then bubble and expand, leaving a fluffy finish on your projects. This bottle contains 30 ml of Fluffy Stuff.
