This bottle of Cosmic Shimmer Midnight Violet Fluffy Stuff is from Creative Expressions. This is a water-based dimensional paint that adds texture and dimension to your crafting projects. This small bottle has a fine nozzle to control precisely where you want the medium to go. This medium works on a variety of surfaces. To use this Fluffy Stuff, simply write with or spread out the Fluffy Stuff and then gently heat it with a heat gun (sold separately), while keeping the gun moving at all times.
