This package contains 30ml of Creative Expressions Cosmic Shimmer Blue Wish Pixie Sparkles designed by Jamie Rodgers. This powder is a combination of large pearl mica particles and dye powders which produces an exceptionally sparkly finish. Simply tap some of the product onto your cardstock and spritz with water and the amazing colors will appear. This powder is great for creating textures, highlights, and painted details for card making, scrapbooking, and mixed media projects.
Each of these powders is a little different. This one has the finest glitter in it along with the blue. A lovely effect, particularly on a dark background. You use just a tiny bit each time so the container will last for years. Excellent product.
