This 12" Regular DIY Wood Box is part of the Memory Dex Collection from Clear Scraps. This box includes nine pieces that are cut from 0.1875" wood. There are seven laser-cut wood pieces and two 0.25" dowels and the box does require assembly. Most standard 2" x 4" Rolodex cards (sold separately) will fit into this box. This box can be assembled with wood adhesive and then can be painted, inked, or embellished. This DIY Wood box measures 4.75" x 12.3" x 2". This wood box is made in the USA.
Shipping was great! Ordered on the second and received on the sixth. The product itself is a big thumbs down. First thing I noticed is the wood is warped. Next thing I noticed is if you need instructions you have to scan a QR code. But having said that, it really is easy to assemble and pretty self explanatory. Just make sure you have good glue. So I decided I could live with a bit of warp because, aren't we all a little off, lol. And I really didn't want to deal with making a return. So, no biggie. I assembled the product and when I went to place the dowels, they were too short. I was able to center them carefully and pour glue around them so hopefully they will stay in place. The thing is, for a 16.99 product, plus shipping on top of that, I expect better quality. Honestly, I've seen DIY's on YouTube that were less expensive and looked better. If I could rewind time, I would go that route. Happy Crafting Everyone!
