These tabbed dividers are just what I was looking for. I have a photo box that looks just like the one pictured (I got it from Ikea). I make makeshift dividers but decided to get these instead. They are sturdy and just the right size. They make organizing a breeze.

Croppin' Companion-Small Tabbed Dividers-Set of 6

I would not recommenend this product for use with the Croppin' Companion 2 drawer photo or tool box. The dividers were too wide and too tall. I was forced to cut them down both ways to be able to use them in the drawers. I would not purchase this product again.
