This Hoodie Mini Premium Dye Ink pad is from Catherine Pooler Designs and is part of the Neutrals Collection. This ink is a medium gray color. This mini ink pad has a raised foam pad for even coverage. This ink is a non-permanent, dye ink that is reactive with water and great for water splotching and flicking techniques.
