I bought the foundations bundle, as well as life of the party, and Spring fling in the minis. I also bought a midnight mini for sentiments, and a ((full size (from Catherine Pooler ink)) I am not happy with the way they stamp, or even direct to paper, or blend, all the wonderful traits they're supposed to be incredible for. I used only well loved stamps, that are very well conditioned, a small solid flower for my color chart, and a larger solid square, for my key ring swatches. That all I've used it for. but, they're very splotchy, even after letting them dry down and free stamping them repeatedly, and I'm talking about most of the colors. I have stamped them on Catherine Pooler 100 lb paper, Neenah 80lb cc solar white, canson watercolor, staples 110 smooth cardstock, pretty much every paper I own. The results were the same. I don't know what's wrong with these, if I got the last of old stock, if it's actually required you get reinkers when you purchase them? They seem to be wet, just not laying down pigment as they're sold to be. I think it's wrong to sell a product that doesn't do what is claimed to do, without buying an additional product right from the start, to make them work. I bought the minis, to try them out, from scrapbook, because they were barely left in stock there, at the time, but I also got 6 colors of the carnival collection in full size, and the browns from the neutrals full size, directly from Catherine Pooler. The Browns all work beautifully! The carnival full size, not so much. So here I am, writing a negative review, which I rarely do, about a product I was so excited to finally be able to figure out how to afford right now, and it makes me very sad. I had planned on getting all full size pads and reinkers down the road, but never would have thought my brand new inks would be worthless without investing in the reinkers just so I could swatch them. I spent over 150.00 already. And I cannot justify spending even more than that, right now, or actually at any time, for something that doesn't preform the way it's claimed to, right out of the box. I have many other inks, full and minis, that I've had for years, most I've never reinked at all, I understand these are foam pads, but they shouldn't arrive brands new, needing ink. I gave 3 stars, simply because, even though they're blotchy, the colors are truly beautiful, I just wish i could use them 😔
I’m totally in love with these ink pads. They are the perfect size if you don’t have a lot of space on your desk. The ink is amazing!! Every stamped image I stamped using this ink stamped out crisp and bright. I love it and I totally recommend the mini pads.
Its no wonder these have sold out so quickly, they're perfect! A great size pad [more than double the size of a memento teardrop for example], the pads are really juicy with a great vibrant colour. They're refillable too, which I always love. The size to me is great as I don't have a lot of storage space for full size pads. They also can be used like a distress ink when you sprize water on them you get the same effect. A great product
I bought these ink pads for two reasons:
1. The variety of colors in this set and the vibrancy of those colors
2. The foam ink pad holds and delivers more ink to the stamp than the felt pads.
I also picked up another set of four different colors along with a dark brown and black ink pad.
Not disappointed at all !!
These inks are actually as good (If not better) as they claim.
The colors are bright and stamp evenly. The actual ink pad surface itself is super smooth. Just touch the pad to you your stamp and it's inked up and ready to go. I also love the the color comes off just as quick and easy as it went on without leaving stains and residue behind.
I thought and hoped they would be good, but they exceeded my expectations. They color and quality make me want to use my stamps more.
The mini size is perfect. They don't take up a ton of room, but you still have a decent size ink pad surface area.
I hope they release all the colors in Minis.
I am new to stamping and wanted an assortment of colors to start off. These have worked beautifully with my photopolymer stamps. I have used them for rainbow looks and love fading one color into the next by using generational stamping methods. Every stamp comes out clean and colorful. Great set!
In my opinion, CP Mini Inks are the juiciest inks out there. They are all very bold and vibrant colors - nothing light or pastel-ish with these inks. And when they dry they are sooooo smooth. There is no residue and they dry very quickly.
I love the vibrant colors in Catherine Pooler ink pads. Now these are not full sized pads, but they pack plenty of punch. If you use them in bible journaling like I do, they do shadow on the back side of the page, but I'm ok with that.
I had heard great things about Catherine Pooler Inks, so I decided to try them for myself. Wow!…. They certainly live up to their hype! They stamp like a dream. You only gently tap them pad to your stamp and the ink is so juicy that it transfers to the Stamp very easily. It has great coverage and the colors are absolutely beautiful! I now want every single color that she’s made! I hope she makes a fall/autumn set of colors!!!

How large are these pads? Need to know the dimensions of the individual ink pads. (Want them small for use with tiny stamps and not getting ink on the sides of Rocking stamp blocks.)
