I purchased these because they were cute and the price is not bad. I liked the idea of them because you can apply rub ons the same way as you apply a tape runner. These are very pretty designs; can't go wrong with them. The only problem that I had is that they are hard to apply upon more slick surfaces. You kind of have to press quite hard. One tip: When I noticed that they were not sticking to the paper, I put a form pad (the ones for stamping) underneath and applied it. It worked much better. I also purchased these in the Straight Stitch and Zig-Zag. These designs are great for those who do not have a sewing machine and like the look of stitches. Very Cute!
I bought a pack of these after I saw it advertised in a scrapping magazine. I was so excited to try it and then i saw some not so great reviews so i was hesitant. It actually worked fine for me. You just have to use ALOT of pressure with the tape and go slow. I tried it on a peice of scrap paper just to be sure i liked the result first. After that, as long as you can get the right amount of pressure down it is great. I did not have any problems with it rubbing off. I would buy this again -- just need to be sure you have strong pressure on it. :)
I was excited to have see a rub on tape and these pretty designs with both white and black looked so pretty. I was quite unhappy with the application however. The rubon didn't stick to the paper very well, it kept coming off in patches and the rubon just wouldn't adhere to the paper long enough. The whole pattern wasn't visible because it didn't come off right and the tape slipped back and forth so it was impossible to get a straight line.

I was so disappointed in this product. I can't get it to run smoothly at all. The lines end up patchy and disconnected, and the "shininess" along the sides of the stitching makes it unsightly. You're better off just using a pen to draw in your stitching. It's probably easier to just take out your sewing machine than to try to get this dispenser to work.
Unfortuntely, I am glad to see that other people struggled with the Daisy D's rub-on tape as much as I did. I thoiught I was so really stupid not to get these running along my page like the directions say. But they were such a hassle and a huge disappointed to me as well.
