Nice!
This is a lovely stamp set. The thing that bothers me about it is the buck only has one antler, which could be because of the time of year, that he already shed the missing antler. (I tend to make up stories to go with my stamps...) I plan to stamp the one antler which is there and turn it around, add the same sort of markings in the antler that is there and give the poor guy back the missing antler. I'm no artist, but I'm pretty good with filling in missing pieces. For the times one of my stamps doesn't make a perfect print, if it's not too bad, I will use my micron black pigment pen and fill in the missing line/lines and go from there and no one can tell anything was amiss. I bought the set knowing the deer only has one antler. OR--I could remove the other antler and pretend that the deer is a doe and the mother of the fawn, since fawns are usually born in the Spring. That could explain why there is a garland of fresh flowers and foliage around her neck. I have no idea what the sentiment that comes with the stamp set means, but I don't care, as it could be used for another composition, or given to someone who would like to have it.
I'm very happy with this purchase.
