  • Could you please explain how to use the Wood Grain Embossing Folder from the Celebrate Autumn Collection by Lori Whitlock for Echo Park? What else do I need to use it? Are there any step-by-step instructions in using an embossing folder?   By: tdalf (31-Jul-18) Helpful Question?  Yes  |  No Thank you! Report Inappropriate This question has been reported. Thank you!
    • You will need a die cutting machine. Place a piece of card stock, preferably in a shade of brown, inside the folder and run it through the die cutter(Cuttlebug, Sizzix BigShot or whatever kind you choose) according to the sequence of plates. If the impression is not as distinct as you would like, you may LIGHTLY mist with a little water before running or add an extra piece of card stock under your folder just to give a little more pressure. If you go to Pinterest or YouTube and enter Embossing folders, there are several really good instructionals. Hope this has helped. By: KRFTYmama (01-Aug-18) Helpful Answer?  Yes  |  No Thank you!
