This Alphabet Pennant Banner die set is from Echo Park and is part of the New Day Collection. This die set includes a small banner and all the letters of the alphabet to decorate the banner. These thin metal dies are compatible with leading die cutting machines (sold separately). This die set cuts through paper, cardstock, and other thin materials. These dies can be used on cards, scrapbook pages, tags, journals, planners, and other paper crafting, mixed media, and home decor projects. This die set is made in the USA.
I love Echo Park dies and have many. They cut intricate pieces very well, hold their shape, and the cardstock comes easily out of the dies. However, I was a little disappointed with this one.
Pluses: The string piece is separate, so you can make any size word. There is one pennant die in the package, allowing you to cut different color pennants.
Minus: The alpha set is a single die and missing the letter M. Presumably they mean to use the letter W as both an M and a W, but the letters have different shapes in my opinion.
I would still recommend this for the pluses, but felt you should know about the M, as I didn't notice it until I actually used the die and needed an M. It's not a deal breaker, but I would expect a full alphabet set from Echo Park.
