This tool works better than the other circle cutters I have tried. From one-inch to six, you will be able to create endless amounts of circles for your crafting projects. I have used this tool to crop my photos; create circle embellishments, both solid and hollow; and even mat the circles themselves for a layered look. This tool will not only help you CUT circles, but also comes with a piece designed to help you DRAW circles. The possibilities are infinite!
TIPS: It recommends cutting on glass, so I use a glass cutting board that I had lying around. Also, for best results, you may want to tape down your paper to avoid movement during cutting.

I love this tool! I love using circles in my layouts so when I got this, I was in heaven. I do recommend getting the glass mat for it as even though I didn't have many issues without it, the blade can get stuck in a self-healing mat so the glass greatly improved my use at least. I also recommend using a temp adhesive on the paper so it stays in one place while you're cutting.
It also has another piece that you can replace the blade with and use a pen, pencil, paintbrush, etc. to draw a circle on things as well.

This is actually one of the first tools I bought when I started scrapping at the beginning of this year. It is so easy to use and cuts great circles. You can also use it with a pen/pencil to draw a circle.
The only problem with this is that it doesn't cut very large circles. I think the largest it does is 6 inches across. I didn't realize that when I bought it.
I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to cut small-ish circles very easily.

Super cutting tool for 1" to 6" circles!
You can cut a circle the size you want with the turn of a dial! Drawing is just as easy when you replace the cutting blade attachment with the pen/pencil holder attachment. It uses a Cutter Bee replacement blade used in all EK Success cutting tools. I use a glass mat under it. It has gripper feet to help hold it in place.
This is absolutely the most "USER FRIENDLY" cutting tool I have ever owned!
I bought this tool shortly after I began scrapbooking. It is definitely my go-to tool for circles. The only little complaint is when using scraps of paper be sure to tape them down securely before cutting or they will jump around and the paper will tear. I always use this on my glass mat, it really makes a difference. All in all, love this tool. :]
I have tried so many circle cutters and most would tear, or I just couldn't get to work right. With this, the first time I used it I was able to make a perfect circle!! The only thing I would recommend it to use a glass mat with it. The self healing mats tend to stick and tear. I love that it makes a variety of sizes and is so easy to use!!

I purchased this from a local scrapbook store and I love it! It makes cutting circles so much easier. I have used this item for several my layouts. I would recommend this to anyone!
I got this wonderful circle cutter for my birthday and i LOVE it! I like that you can draw and cut circles with the same machine and also that it comes with a replacement blade.
I love this tool for cutting circles. Cutting circular mats is so easy - and you can make them so many different sizes. I, of course, use a glass mat with this... but I also use a removable tape runner to put a little adhesive on the glass mat. This keeps the paper on the inside of the cut in place. Just a few swipes directly on the mat & you don't have to worry about you paper sliding!
Great tool for cutting circles. The blade is great for cutting thick cardstock or even multiple pieces of paper at once. The plastic gaurd on the blade is small so you must be careful when removing it. The paper needs to be taped down or stuck down before cutting or it will shift around while cutting. Great tool but does require some practice before you get a perfect circle.
