Are these already cut out, or do these need fussy cutting?

Our laser cut elements have all been finely cut using laser technology. All pieces are secured by little tabs to hold shapes in place on the sheet. They can be carefully removed with fingers or use a craft knife to snip the perforation mark to remove from sheet.
