I'm a beginner, and I saw these pens recommended in every book I read. I have the black and the brown. They do write very nicely and precisely and evenly, and they feel really nice to use. You can't just use any old pen for scrapbooking if you want to preserve the memories. You have to make sure the ink won't wash away and that it won't damage the paper, and, the pen needs to write evenly without blobs or skipping. These Sakura pens do all that.

These colors work for every project. Would recommend to everyone..
These pens are some of my favorites. Begininers to advanced scrappers will be sure to find a use for these pens. My favorite part about them is the precisely fine tip. You are able to outline and trace even the smallest details. They are also great for doodling. A recommendation for these pens is to try to hold them upright, because I find if you slant them too much, they don't write as smoothly. Wonderful product that will always be in my stash!
I use these and Zigs for the different point tips. I like these especially because the .05 tip. It is so precise when you write. It's narrow, and the ink comes out fluid and solid every time. I've had them for over a couple of years, and I still have not run out of ink. They come in a bunch of colors so you have a variety to select from.
I know realize just how wonderful these fine tip pens are. I had to outline some thin letters and I tried these and since the tip is fine it worked very well. It's a great pen to use for outlining small things for a shadow effect and they don't run like some other pens I've used.

I bought my first set of these over 10 years ago and most of the colors are still going strong! I've only had to replace the black and brown once in that time. The tip is perfect for journaling, doodling, and "stitching". These are my "go to" pens...love them!
Micron pens are something every papercrafter should have on hand. And trust me, once you start using them, you will use them all the time. These pens write beautifully!
