Does this have a Matte or Gloss finish?

I am in the middle of a major reorganization of craft room so was unable to locate my Kaleidoscope paper. I did find other Graphic 45 paper and I found the finish on those to be what I would call a semi-gloss finish. Not a high gloss like photographs but not a dull matte finish. It resembles a semi-gloss house paint finish. Hope this helps
