This 8 piece die set is part of the Honey Bee Stamps Summer Stems Collection, this is the Lovely Layers Coneflower die set. This set includes the Honey Cuts 100% high quality steel, pre-clipped dies that are compatible with leading die-cutting machines (sold separately). The large flower measures 3 1/4" wide x 2 1/8" tall, the large leaf measures 1 1/2" wide x 2 1/8" tall, and the center piece measures 1" wide x 3/4" tall.
These dies are one of the best and easiest that I have used with beautiful results.
For a new crafter like me it s unbelievable that I maid it nice with this die set.
This is a nice set, however you will need to add a lot of detail to make the cut pieces look nice. Shading, tool work, curling and bending and adding veins to the flowers and leaves. I added some expanded foam to the cutting sandwich (the kind they wrap TV's in) and that improved the dies detail somewhat.
I absolutely love this die cut. I had so much fun using it. I made 5 cards right away. There was a great you tube video that gave me great ideas for using this die. BEST die cut ever!
I like the whole idea of layering dies to create more dimension. I really like this die set!!
These are a little fusser than I thought. You have to have a lot of colors ink for blending or several shades of the same colored cardstock to get the beautiful results you see on everyone’s cards. The dies themselves cut beautifully.
