I don't understand how to get to the result shown in the examples where the snowflakes are cut out? All this die does is pierce the paper, it doesn't cut out around the snowflakes as shown?

I believe there is a separate die that actually cuts out the snowflakes. It’s confusing when all of the products used for the cards shown are not listed. Hope this helps. I listed products below so you can look them up.
