It does exactly what it says...creats a shimmery icy effect. I did a few practice sprays and liked the fact that it didn't clog like so many other sprays tend to do. Has a nice, light sheen to it.
I guess I should have looked really hard at the picture, or maybe I missed it in the description, but I bought this thinking it was a white shimmer spray. With a name like "Frost," I think that makes sense. I was very disappointed to find that it's blue. It is a lovely blue, and I know I will use it, but it most definitely isn't "Frost" white.
I haven't had a chance to use it yet, so yes, it is still a mystery to me until I do. I saw it being used in a video and was very much interested in seeing what I can do with it. Also, it comes in a bigger bottle than expected. That was a nice surprise.

I'm confused by this item. It says shimmer "front" but bottle is blue? what is it? thanks. I'm wanting a clearish shimmery spray

I'm glad I'm not the only one who thought it was white, with a name like "Frost." I was disappointed when it arrived to find that it is blue. It's a very pretty blue, but it is dark and definitley not a "frosty" color. The description should clearly state the color of the spray, which it doesn't. I just checked again.
