I have been using Glue Lines for a couple of years now and can't scrap without them! They work perfectly for adhering items with small areas, such as alphabets.
Glue lines go on easily and are mess-free. These are perfect if, like me, you don't want to fuss with messy glue and then wait for it to dry.
Glue lines also have a very strong hold and bond to many materials, including textured cardstock, metal, acrylics, fabrics, and wood.
I have used these for a number of different situations--adhering ribbon which wouldn't stick with the glue made especially for ribbon, making pockets on pages, adhering two full pages together. I have never been disappointed with how well this products works. It will always have a place in my stash of "must haves."
oh my this is the best stuff for working with ribbon on a card or layout. This continuous line I can cut any length I was, it's easy to apply, it isn't messy and it sticks great.
Love these for letters and narrow embellishments! I have all sorts of sizes on my work area. Can't be without them!
Got this from my local craft store. Could have been one of those items that they'd kept too long. The tape tends to remain stuck to the liner and is very difficult to peel off. I always have to unroll it so that it's on the reverse side of the liner (I keep a strip of blank liner to cover it so that I can keep it back into the box). After adhering the tape to my paper/ribbon, it takes some luck to take the liner off. A couple of times my pp gets its surface ripped off, or my ribbon gets warped and distorted, because the tape simply refuses to detach from the liner. I've found that if I use my nail to gently scrub one end of the tape, then give the liner a quick and firm tug outwards on that end, I will have better chances of removing it. But it's not 100% and can be very time-consuming and frustrating especially when the pp surface gets torn off by the tape still stuck to the liner. I don't use this tape much because of this issue, but it does a good job of adhering ribbon if I can get it to work.
I use these continuous lines for adhering all my ribbon. They stick great to even shiny embossed and glitter papers. The only drawback is when you unroll the plastic roll, you have to be careful that the glue line stays stuck to it. Sometimes it wants to stick to the other side. It requires a bit of patience, but I continue to buy this product. It's worth the effort, and there's really nothing like it on the market that I know of.
I love these! It's great for attaching ribbons and metal frames and embellishments. Much less messy than glues - and it works!!!
I use these for ribbon or borders, lots of things...they are so handy to have and work great!
