    Pads not saturated and were dry.

    I really wanted to love these ink cubes but they arrived very dry and stamped very sparsely even with a well loved stamped. When you can see the white of the ink pads then it is way too dry. Scrapbook.com said that it was normal but I beg to differ. They said that I should have a stamping platform so that I could stamp the image repeatedly to get a clear sharp image but that suggestion is so wrong. I am very unhappy with these ink cubes and I can not recommend these ink cubes to anyone.

    Has anyone encountered a problem with these Lawn Fawn ink cubes? It beads up on my stamps and of course will not give an evenly colored image. I used a well-loved stamp that I use to swatch all of my inks and
    also with previously used (seasoned) Lawn Fawn stamps! I only clean with Lawn Fawn's stamp shammy. I made several attempts on different types of paper as well. Bristol smooth almost worked with one stamp but for what these sets cost, "almost" is not good enough.       I just stamped all four color from the Secret Garden Ink Cub pack and they all stamped normal. I compared to other Lawn Fawn ink cube colors and could not tell a difference in the appearance of the stamped image. Hope this helps.
