over $4 each I would expect the container be filled most of the way but I ordered 8 different colors and only one was completely full. The others were 1/2 -2/3 full. I wanted to upload a picture but could not figure out how to get it in the review.
I love "playing" with magical and I love this color.
Beautiful! This may be one of my favorite shakers... but it's hard to say since I love them all.

How are these to be used? Do you add water to the container or sprinkle the powder onto the paper? A reviewer gave them one star because the container was less than half full. That made me wonder if it was because we are to add water to the container. Thanks for your assistance!

The video above shows how these are meant to be used. You can either spray the paper first and then shake the product onto the paper or sprinkle the powder on the surface and then spray it. It is not meant to have water added to the container. Hope this helps!
