This 12" x 12" sheet of Chippies Embellishments, Tenement Houses, is from Mintay Papers. This sheet includes nine tenement houses in four styles. These die cut chipboard pieces measure 1.55 mm thick and come in a natural ecru color. These pieces can be used with your favorite inks, markers, paints, glitter pastes, sprays, mists, and other crafting mediums (sold separately). They can be used on cards, scrapbook pages, tags, journals, planners, and other paper crafting and mixed media projects.
These tenement house chippies are so cute. They are a good size and can be used as they are or stained, painted, sprayed, embossed, whatever. Some people have noted that Mintay chippies are hard to get out of the backing. These are really easy as they are only held in a couple of places. For the more intricate shapes, I use a craft knife. No problems.
