I have bought several of these binders in several different colors. I noticed a spot of rust on the inside of a yellow one which I had thought was a fluke and continued purchasing more in other colors. I received a pink with a little rust and now a red with rust on the inside metal binder. So 3 out of 5 . I sell and gift albums made with these binders. I will have to keep the 3 for myself as I cannot put bad products out there to sell. So buyer beware!
I have ordered four of these to hold my small stencils. You can get up to 90 stencils in binder, but need to buy the binder refill pages separately.
They work perfectly for what I wanted them to do.
This album appears 'true red' online, but arrives as a more muted red. Still red (for Christmas) but muted, thus the 4 stars. It is the perfect size for projects so you don't feel overwhelmed. I will purchase more in the future.
I take pictues of the cards I make for peoples birthdays, Christmas, Valentines Day, etc. I keep the pictures in these albums by year. I can look back through the years and see what I made for them. I store the Christmas pictures in the red albums. I really enjoy all the colors for different years! Love these albums!
I use these binders (and the 6x8 inch single refills) to store my 6x6 inch stencils. There is also room for the backing - this highlights the stencil design and allows access to the information on the back. It is easy to flip through the binder and choose the one you want.

Thank you for you question. Actual measurements on the binder are 8 1/4 W x 8 3/4 L. The binder has a 2 inch spine and a 11/4 inch ring.

It appears to be a 1 inch ring. I counted the page protectors in one of my binders, and I had 30 in there, along with some memorabilia punched and added to the ring as well.
