Quality control issue
I buy my daughter a new planner every so many years. I always buy Carpe Diem as they are generally an excellent product. This past Christmas I bought the Robins Egg Blue A5 planner for her as I couldn’t get that particular color a few years ago and she loved it. This planner didn’t even make it through the school year. (she is an Ed Tech not a student) She let me know in February that the bottom rivet that holds the binder mechanism inside had come away from the cover. So I had planned on replacing it for her birthday in September but it just isn’t going to make it that far. So today I replaced it. I wish I could have just gotten the binder as she didn’t need all the dividers and calendar pages. I would still buy Carpe Diem but I will definitely be wary now. That is a lot of money to put into something and have it fall apart. I probably should have notified Scrapbook.com. Maybe they would have worked with me on this purchase.
