The only complaint that I have with this product is that it doesn't accommodate more than 32 Sticklers when using the trays. And I believe, we pretty much have more than that. I did solve my dilemma by taking out the two trays, placed the sticklers upside down. My Sticklers occupied 89% of the bin. There is room to grow, yay!
I wanted a caddy for my sticklers and liquid pearls. When I saw this, I had to have it. What I didn't realize when I bought it was that it had a stand to prop the caddies up. i keep them on a work table and use the storage box to keep my scrap cardstock in. So I got a bonus with this purchase!
I do not have enough stickles to fill the container. But now i have a lot of space to fill! It works well for the stickles i have. I like the storage idea and how versatile it is.
The great feature is the removable stands for glitter glue. I can keep it on my work space when I am using them.
Very useful storage. Keeps glitter glue right at your fingertips.
Item is good - I like it just as it is and have put refill inks in it along with my glitter bottles.
Love that the trays are removable and have stands on them so you can see the bottles.

Will this hold Pops of Color?

Yes - Pops of color DO fit in this case. They're a little bit short though, so don't stay in their slots if you tip the case. I put a couple pieces of 12 x 12 lightweight cardboard on top to fill the gap. (you could use 12 x 12 cardstock or 12 x 12 chipboard as well).

No it will not hold Nuvo bottles which is a bummer. I have them stored in the box upside down and jammed into the box to keep them that way but the actual holder is useless for these bottles. I know many crafters online love the bottles because they are pretty but personally I would rather have something that is easy to store in a variety of storage options.

I do believe the 18 ml (.50 Ounce) bottles will fit, but refer to the shape of the bottle tip of both Ranger Stickles and Ranger Liquid Pearls for reference.
Will this hold the Tim Holtz Distress inks? If not, do you have a recommendation for the 48 bottles?

I don't use the Tim Holtz Distress inks, so I do not know. It holds the Pearls and SIzzles, but not my Close to My Heart re-inkers which I was hoping it would.

I am not sure what size they are but if you are talking about the small re-inker bottles of distress inks I think so. You can also get little bottles of the pearls, I have seen them at Michaels. And of course all the glitter.....
