Is this spray the same strength and formula as the tim holtz distress stain (non spray) , or is it a diluted form of it? Thank you!

I believe that it is the same strength. It is just that when you spray it, it covers more surface.

It seems to be the same strength and formula--definitely the same color--as the distress stain.
