  • Like the exteriors of the cards; interiors are not so good

I like the colors and the design of the cards. However, putting the cards together were tough and did not match the pictures. Also, I had to go back into each one and add a plan sheet of card stock so I can actually write on them because otherwise you have to write on plaid or patterned paper in the interior of the cards because they were not thought of all the way through..

Questions & Answers
  • I recently purchased the mad 4 plaid christmas card kit. In the picture of the finished card with the reindeer on it, it shows red on the inside of the card. However, when you fold the paper as per instructions, the inside of the card is a plaid pattern. Why does the instructions show a red inside border?

    • Hello, this is Jody Hunt from PHOTOPLAY. We are sorry for the errors that were discovered after the production of this product. There were a couple of things like this that have caused some confusion. The cover was completed before the papers were and we didn't remember to go back and change the cover. In addition to this mistake there are a few errors in the directions. We are very sorry for this. I have spoken to our entire team about this on several occasions. Going forward we won't release a card kit without having a third party make the cards before the instructions are printed.

Because it is such a great value and you can make so many cards out of the pack, many stores have asked us to continue producing this kit in spite of the mistakes we've made. I hope you won't give up on us, I promise to improve. Thanks you so much for buying the kit in the first place. If you would like to discuss this further, please contact me by phone, text or email.

      Thanks,
      Jody Hunt

    • It’s due to a manufacture error. They also added more sheets and the inexpensive price for this card kit. By: Fran.kruse22 (25-Oct-17) Helpful Answer?  Yes  |  No Thank you! Report Inappropriate This Answer has been reported. Thank you!
