Service is excellent! The end project after using the folio is great.
I am a longtime album maker and this project tested my patients. The card stock attachment pieces are taller than the album base so I had to make adjustments. The accordion envelope was 1/4 inch taller than the base when put together so that took major changes to make it fit. Most attachment pieces were not cut straight especially the waterfall pieces. Some of the score lines were not giving an even 1/2 tab. At this point I gave up but I may revisit at a later time.
I'm trying this album, I've tries other brands. I'm ok with putting it together, the quality of the paper is very good and I can purchase separate sheets and add pages if I choose. I really like USA made!!
I have made two of these folios already and found that they come together quickly. Everything is pre-cut and pre-scored so all I need to do is apply tape and put it all together. I found a YouTube video that showed a different way of putting it together than the included directions and I followed that with the second one because it gave me a wider spine area in the slanted pockets page. I also used a different closure method-ribbon ties-on both of them.

Is this a kit which includes waterfalls etc in addition to the folio base?

Yes, it does. The center section has the waterfall section with pockets on either side. A larger gusseted pocket is on the back inside cover. Quite nice, lots of room to add to the contents.
