They sparkle like tiny diamonds (They are faceted) and I am very glad I bought two packages of them. I won't waste them in shaker cards--they will go right on the surfaces of the cards I put them on.
I absolutely love these! They are SO sparkly! And I appreciate that there are different sizes included. I haven’t used them as shaker elements although they would be very pretty used that way. I’ve used them as accents on my cards. They’re just perfect if you need just a little dash of sparkle and not something that will completely take over a project. These will most likely be a staple in my stash now. If I were going to use them as shaker elements, I would definitely get more than one bag as it wouldn’t take long to use these up.
My total fault for not paying attention to them not being flat backed as I have never made a shaker card. There’s a reason to learn to do them now as these gems look like tiny diamonds. I can only imagine how great they’ll look.
They can’t be used as embellishments.

PR - These Crystal Shaker Elements are smooth bubble-like glass pieces that catch the light and make shaker cards pop. They are even more beautiful in person than on screen. Love them! Can't wait to make another shaker card!
I absolutely love these. I do not use them as a shaker element, although I think they would look great for that. Since they have a flat back, I use them as embellishments to finish off my cards.

These are gorgeous little gems. They are smaller than regular gems and work perfectly to add a touch of sparkle to projects. They are exactly what I hoped they would be. A tiny dot of glue to adhere them to cards and pages, or add them with other bits to shakers. Very happy with this purchase!
These are a must have for anyone creating shaker cards or any shaker craft! They come in a variety of sizes and can even be glued to the paper for embellishments! Love the pouch as it takes up very little space.
Love the look of these for shaker cards or possibly water drops. Getting some more before they are sold out.

We haven't tried this but we have heard that some have done this with alcohol based ink. We hope this helps!

Can the contents be taken out and used in another way? Is there anything else in the package besides the cryatals?

Hi, the contents are in a zip lock bag. You can take them out and use them however you wish. Only crystals are in the bag. You get a good amount of them,too.

There was a comment that these are NOT flat-back and comments that they are - can someone please clarify whether or not they are flat-back? It doesn't seem to specify whether or not they are in the product description unless I totally missed it - thanks for your reply!!

These gems have flat backs. They are so beautiful in shaker cards!! They are crystal clear with no iridescent.
