    I ordered this thinking it was a black transfer and missed the info that said it is adhesive. Can you paint over this? What else can be added to change the color from yellow.       I wouldn't paint over it. If you want to remove it you'll have to sand it off. But I used the foil paper over it on a cobolt blue painted piece and it was absolutely stunning.       So sorry to hear this! You can use Decor Foils, glitter, micas and more on the adhesive transfers. We have not tried to paint on these as it is a sticky medium it may not work.
