The only reason its not rated 5 star is that I would've liked some glitter or other reflective element mixed into this paste....but of course its easy to do on your own which I did with great result. This material is very easy to work while still wet/damp so all sorts of dips and swirls and peaks can be accomplished.
I used this product yesterday for the first time. It's a bit difficult to apply in small spaces, & I noticed that when I accidentally got a little out of my target area onto some inked space, it removed the ink when I removed the paste. However, it really does look like snow, with just a bit of glistening in the paste, which isn't visible until the paste dries. Overall, I am pleased with the product & will definitely use it again.
I loved this, would have given it a five after using it on a number of cards last winter. Went to use it today--it had turned yellow, quite yellow, does not look like snow. So--would recommend not keeping it around for long after opening.

This product gives amazing snow effects to all your projects. It has gorgeous texture with added glitter. I highly recommend this product to everyone.
Now I know why this is almost always sold out. It's a must have! Adds a nice light shimmery finish. Not only for winter scenes, but anything you want to add a little glitz to. Must buy!!!!
I loved using this Snowflake Paste. Prima/ Finnabair Art Extravagance products are alway very high quality IMO. I used on my Xmas cards dabbed on with palette knife & then sprinkled clear glitter while wet for a subtle sparkle. Terrific effect! Highly recommended.
easy to use and looks like it snowed with out a lot of extra weight for mailing cards.
More iridescent than I anticipated but very easy to work with.
I love that this paste brings your art to life as it is so realistic.
This product goes a long way as you really only need a small amount.
Anyone who wants to try this I’m sure they won’t be disappointed.
I was concerned about ruining my project since I had never used any snow type product before but I quickly learned how to use this. The snow is very pretty, I used on a red roof on my decopauged birdhouse and added a light sprinkling of super fine glitter, very pretty. The product was received timely and well packaged. I am waiting for some icicle trim to arrive to finish my birdhouse.

Can the snowflake paste be used with stencils?

Yes, it can. It is a soft paste, but can be applied carefully over stencils for sure.

It dries white, with a bit of sparkle...so, not really opaque, unless you apply it in a very thin layer.

Yes I believe so, nut I would try it out on the back side or a little scrap of it first just in case you don't like the result that way you won't ruin anything you've started creating, but yes I would say it's safe.

Hi! No, a blow-dryer is not necessary at all. This paste performs beautifully when air-dried or dried with a heat gun.
