This is one of my favorite paintsI I love the color and it looks beautiful over black gesso. I love the Raven Black with turquoise - the colors compliment each other!
I particularly love Finnabair’s Sparks acrylics. They have maybe the most mica in them & are super glimmery & eye-catching. They have an easy to use consistency. This black almost appears silver at first but it is a beautiful slate black shade with lots of silver mixed in. I want to use it on top of dried white sand texture paste for a great combo of texture & shimmer. Somehow it feels distressed & urban as well as elegant.
I love the silver sparkle in this paint! It adds the perfect glimmery touch. The mica in it is very fine so it paints on so smoothly. Definitely recommend for Halloween and moody mixed media projects!

This is one sparkle paint that was disappointing. It does sparkle but it's not really black. I'd call it charcoal gray or maybe gunmetal. Won't do for my Halloween box.
