Does this medium change the final finish of the paint like some mediums do? For example Liquitex slow-dri blending medium has no effect on finish of paint once dried but the pouring medium creates a more matte or satin finish. Therefore when using glossy paint & adding a specific medium it can change the final outcome of the paint once dried.

No it does not change the finish, just lightens the colour.
