      Love it

I wasn’t into die cutting until lately. Most of the time if I needed a shape my collection of craft punches would do. I found myself rather limited when it came to creating titles though. Stamping would do sometimes but not always would work for the design, stickers are great but you know how you always tend to run out of particular letters plus their colors are limited…. and the colors were what initially made me start thinking about die cutting machine. The idea to match color of the title to other papers used on the layout was simply too tempting. I did a little bit of research and decided to go with Quickutz Revolution. My decision was based on mostly positive reviews and a deal I found that was hard to pass.
I’ve been using my revolution for about couple of month now and I am very happy with it. The machine and dies are of high quality and make creating titles very easy. I especially love the cookie cutter Alphas since many times I can have the whole title cut at one time.
The design of revolution is very cute too and I really appreciate the rotating handle. With punches sometimes my arms start hurting when I need to press them multiple times.
The only thing I would suggest for improvement would be to make the cutting mat more durable.

    • Great but not perfect

I love the quickutz products. They are my die cutting system of choice. However, after going from the Squeeze to the Revolution...I was a little disappointed in the construction. The machine could have been weighed down just a bit more for better stability. (I'm looking forward to getting my Epic Six for this reason, lower looking base, heavier and metal gears.) The Revolution dies...hands down, my favorites. I'm totally addicted to the versatility of this system.

    • My best friend!

I have been scrapbooking for over 10 years and have acquired alot of tools or toys as my husband calls them. I own many die cutting tools including the accucut grand mark, sizzix, cricut, big shot, but this revolution is my absolute favorite tool. For one, its small and doesn't take up much space. The dies are small. We all know that space is limited when we collect everything. The fonts are beautiful. The border dies are gorgeous and each month Quickutz releases dies more beautiful than the last. This is the first tool I pack when I go to a crop and the first thing I unpack when I come home. My daughter who is 3 1/2 loves to help me cut the shapes. This is one purchase I absolutely have no regrets, in fact, I bought a second one so one is always pack to go to crops.

    • So Easy my kids can use it!

I have used the squeeze for years but have been frustrated that no one else (friends, kids) had the strength to use it well. (I love it, though and use it constantly!)

Just got the Revolution (August 2008) and LOVE IT! My 11 yo daughter and 6 yo son can use it reliably, so I can put them to work cutting shapes, which has always been a bottleneck in our card-making activities (we usually make 24 to 100 of each - for Christmas, Valentines, etc.). I have a ton of the 2x2 dies, and we all love that we can cut a bunch at once - so much more efficient.

I am still annoyed that alphabets are so expensive, but I guess the prices will become "affordable" once the letter-cutting market has a few more years to mature.

Don't leave home with out it!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this little die cut machine. I originally had the Squeez tool and yeah they should call it the Thighs of steel Tool. This does so much more you can do both the 2x2 & 4x4 revolution products and now with the new platform and 12" boarder dies it can do even more. It does not reqiure electricity or special programs or cutting cards to make it work. Just a turn of the handle and your on your way to scrapbook creativity. It comes in a very nice hard side train case with storage for you dies. No scrapper should ever be without one.

      I love this product

I recently bought the revolution & am crazy in love with it. I am a big quickutz fan & this is my new favorite thing. it can cut out Four (4) 2x2 tiles at once & One 4x4 tile. the best thing is since you can cut the paper to the shape or letter you want you end up with a lot less scrap paper.

    • I LOVE MY REVOLUTION

I own 5 die cutting machines (NO, I DO NOT OVER-INDULGE! :) ). The Revolution is by far my favorite. It's so easy to use that my 3 year old helps and she really enjoys it! I LOVE the convenience of being able to take it along with me and the fact that ALL the dies I had for my squeeze tool are usable with the Revolution. (I've got TONS!!) Now that Quickutz has come out with Cookie Cutter dies and the 12 inch platform, I couldn't be happier! I can now cut phrases in half the time! I LOVE all my die cut machines, but THIS one is the BEST!

      Fantastic Company!

I recently bought the revolution at my local scrapbooking store... I got a great deal on it... plus they gave me free stuff!

I think I paied 100 bucks (canadian)... and I got a 12" platform (50 buck touch) and a full alphabet (nother 50 buck touch)

also it's completely 100% backed up by warrenty which I found out as After I got it home the case was a bit cracked most likely from something heavy placed on top during shipping and they gave me a complete new case no questions asked! Great company!

    • Can't do without..

I love my Quickutz revolution. It is a must for every scrap booker. I had 2 QK squeeze tools, but have not used them since I bought the QK revolution. I have had it since it came out. It is so easy to use. I would definitely recommend this die cut machine. No computer to attach it to….no looking for a plug.
The QK Revolution comes with a carrying case. The case is perfect for carrying the revolution to crops.
