  • Rasjan the colored container says gel. Where is the powder?   By: FireflyRascalCATEcho (25-Apr-21) Helpful Question?  Yes  |  No Thank you! Report Inappropriate This question has been reported. Thank you!
    • This product is called Embossing Glaze but it is a powder like other embossing powders. The difference is this one has a translucent quality to it once on your project. Is the embossing glaze heat set like embossing powders? Wish there were short product videos with each product instead of the same one throughout, which isn't helpful for different, individual products.   By: User (24-Apr-21) Helpful Question?  Yes  |  No Thank you! • Definitely set the same as any embossing powder but these are translucent and can be used on top of any image to add color but you can still see everything underneath clearly. • The Distress Embossing Glaze is just like embossing powder and needs to be heat set. The only difference is that it is translucent so if you have a stamped image you can colorize on top of it and still see the image underneath. It is not opaque as in traditional powders. You can also colorize black and white photos with the glaze and Distress Embossing pens as well as colorize resin and metal pieces. Please look up Tim Holtz/Embossing Glazes on youtube to see many of the techniques he uses for this powder. By: Ranger Ink (26-Apr-21) Helpful Answer?  Yes  |  No Thank you!
