    Stunning blue!

I watched a Simon Hurley video and thought I really had to try his technique. I ordered the extra-wet stamp pad (Perfect Medium, I think it's called) and a bunch of pearls. I was happy to find these at a good price and to find a wide selection of colors. These are easy to use and last a long time b/c you only need a little with each use.

    Perfect Pearls - Blue Hydrangea

Beautiful rich color! I simply mixed in a tiny bit of water with a tiny amount of dry powder and used it within a embossed flower.

Questions & Answers
  • When cleaning out my stash recently, I came across several containers of Perfect Pearls that apparently came over in the Ark. :-). There is only dried powder in the bottom of each container. Is there any way to resurrect them or are they toast?   By: mahimmel (07-Mar-24) Helpful Question?  Yes  |  No Thank you! Report Inappropriate This question has been reported. Thank you!
    • Hello, these perfect pearls are a fine dry powder that can be easily mixed with watercolors, inks, acrylic paints, Ultra Thick Embossing Enamel, embossing powders, and other mediums. Mixing in a little bit of water can activate these powders but they can be used wet or dry. If you do not plan to use all the powder in one use it is recommended to remove the amount you would like to use and mix it with the medium of your choice outside of the original container. Store the remainder of the dry powder in the original container. By: Scrapbook.com (08-Mar-24) Helpful Answer?  Yes  |  No Thank you! Report Inappropriate This Answer has been reported. Thank you!
