Create designs that are out of this world with the Celestial Pearl Alcohol Ink by Tim Holtz for Ranger Ink. Included in the package is one .5 fl oz bottle of permanent, fast drying pigment and dye blue ink that is formulated to create a pearlescent effect on glossy surfaces. Made in the USA.
Ooops, I think Ranger needs some quality control. I went to use this product but there was no applicator tip and I poured half of the bottle on my work. What I learned? Use a glass mat or other non porous service while you are using. The alcohol pearls are more difficult to clean than
regular alcohol inks and they seem to dry more quickly, even with half a bottle on the table. Gloves might not be a bad idea either, some of my fingernails are still blue!
These are the prettiest unique inks I've ever used. The pearl and color are yummy. Make awesome backgrounds just try one you'll fall in love with them.
The label looks blue, at least to me, but there is no hint of blue in the product. I suspect Ranger put a different label on this because there was no way anyone would want to buy the product otherwise. It is a dull dark gray that the pearl-effect doesn't help at all.
