Add the soft, opaque blue of sea glass to your beach inspired projects or mixed media projects with the Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide Ink Pad by Tim Holtz for Ranger Ink. The package includes one 2" x 2" raised ink pad that is made in the USA. The ink is a unique combination of water-reactive dye and pigment ink that creates an oxidized effect when sprayed with water and can be used with stencils, stamps or directly onto your craft surface (all sold separately).
Tumbled Glass, weird name for a pretty blue. Love it.
However, make sure you buy the refill inker also, not much
ink on the original pad.
What can you say about the best ink pad on the market. I will never use another again, unless it is archival or versa mark. His colors and the properties of this ink are just beyond... I use it on all types of mediums including wood pieces my husband makes for me. And to Scrapbook - great price and the fastest shipping! Thanks
I ordered a few distress oxide inks and this was my first experience with oxides. Love them so far! They blend so much easier than the other distress inks. I have been enjoying using them on my bible journaling.
I almost have a complete collection of color, love them.
This my 2nd purchase of this color. I use it a lot and wore out the first pad. Distress oxide ink is my favorite ink to use for color blending with stecils.
Used in this project: Concord and 9th Blended Floral purple and blue
used this for the pages in my ocean junk journal. added some mica to areas so the matte of the oxide plays off the shine like light on the waves
This light blue oxide should be a staple in everyone's ink collection. The perfect sky blue and starting color for gradient blending.
Awesome I is. Easy to use. Beautiful colors. I've used with stamps, brushes and sponges....with great results! Worth the investment.
I do love all the Oxides and have yet to be disappointed. This is gorgeous. Just gorgeous. Makes water scenes look like glass!
I have never used distress oxide and it was very easy to use and to blend. My project turned out great- Vibrant colors
