i was testing this using balzer stone increase stencil. I used the vintage spray first then added drops of mermaid lagoon on top - the effect - just brilliant - the final image actually looked like stones! Loved it.
This product is fantastic. Love this color just the right touch.
Tim said ink pads were NOT meant to be smunched the heck out of to get ink.
I like to smunch Distress pads both regular and oxide on a piece of acetate and then add water and dip on my projects. I now am using spray the acetate and add water and find the looks to be better and more dramatic.
I also think that when laying the Oxide sprays you should add a layer of the color of ink sprays in another color to get the best looks. (Also a suggestion from Tim).
I don't know that you need 60 colors, but a good cross section of color families will probably do. The ones you use rarely, just smunch the ink pads in my opinion.
