Can this cardstock be used for stamping , blending and alcohol markers? If not, what is recommended?

This weight is more for card bases. It is extremely thick hard to die cut. That being said, I don’t like Neenah for ink blending or Copics. For blending I prefer Bristol Smooth and for Copics I use Xpress It. You can certainly stamp on it, but really don’t need this heavy of a weight. You really want something that has a coating if you’re using alcohol markers. And the same goes for ink bending-otherwise you waste a lot of ink. BUT-if you want a paper that you can do everything on and are ok with using a bit more ink and are just doing simple coloring, I would go with Hammermill 100lb White. It has a super smooth surface and is a great alternative.

Yes it can. I prefer a mixed media paper for alcohol markers, but if you are doing simple coloring, this has worked well for me.
