OMG!! These should have been shipped UNPACKAGED, UNWRAPPED, and READY!! I tore into the wrapping and started “STRIPPING!” Had a scrappers block, but these arrived and the versatility is endless: Chevron patterns, rainbows, herringbone patterns, sentiment strips, and the list goes on!! Sale or no sale…a must have for your “go to” craft bag!! Side note: other companies have something similar, but you only get two sizes in a package. So why shop anywhere else?! Just saying!!
This is a life saver. Now I can get strips without having to cut them one at a time and getting thin ones was almost impossible. This die is well worth the cost.

Who knew something so simple would be used so much. I use these all the time now to make stripes on my cards as well as the perfect sentiment strips. Several companies make this style die now, but this one comes in the most sizes and cuts the most strips at once, and costs less, so no brainer here.

I love this die set! Being able to consistently cut the same size strips of cardstock is a great time saver. Although they are slimline size, I find myself also using them for other card sizes. They are so versatile.
Love them. Even though I should be able to cut a straight line with my trimmer, this is so much nicer and consistent.
I love the idea of these. As soon as they arrived I dove right in, cutting up tons of my scrap papers, and sorting them Into baggies. Now I can easily sit down and throw together a quick, colorful card In No time! And the price was right on this set! 4 full dies for the price of what I would have paid for one, possible two dies..
I love these 4 dies with all the different strips. I have wanted to create cards using strips; but I cannot cut a straight line; so these will work perfectly for me. Thanks.
I frequently use strips on my cards as a highlight or to separate colours and patterns. Laboriously measuring and cutting the strips one by one was tedious. I never managed to get them all the same width but persevered. WOW!! What a gift from the Scrapbook Fairy to be able to cut in bulk and know that each strip will be accurate at any length. I also bought one of the decorative sets for some elegant touches. Two die sets I would take on the desert island.
Looking forward to not having to measure individual strips of paper. It will save time and be more accurate!

They are not open ended but cut strips that are 8.5" long. To cut longer strips you can cut almost all the way, then slide the partially cut strips down, turn the die + paper so the other end goes through the machine first, and cut to where the first cuts are. You have to turn the die around because it cuts off the paper at the end.

Do you need a larger than 6" die cutting machine to cut slimline dies

Hello! These dies are 8.5" long and 1.5" wide. Therefore, it will fit in a machine with an opening larger than 2" however extended plates may need to be used.
