This 20 piece thin metal etched die set, Everyday Sentiments, is part of the Metamorphosis Collection designed by Simon Hurley for Spellbinders. This set includes 10 coordinating words and their shadows. These dies are compatible with leading die cutting machines (sold separately). These dies can be used on cards, scrapbook pages, tags, and other paper crafting projects. The following words are included in this set: thank, you, hello, of, happy, birthday, love, thinking, thanks, and hugs. The thinking die measures 2.69" x 0.77", the Birthday shadow die measures 2.87" x 0.92", the thanks die measures 2.09" x 0.44", and the of shadow die measures 0.8" x 0.93".

Cuts beautifully, and really is just the right size to be a focal point message on my greeting card. I tried the effect of cutting the larger background piece through the top, decorative layer to make a whole, and cutting two layers of the word in a contrasting color, glued them together and set them in that decorative layer hole. With other complimentary-color decorative pieces, the overall results was really lovely. I’ll use these in many different ways. Two cuts of the word, in different colors, offset, produces a great dimensional shadow effect.

Fantastic products in Simons' new release. I especially love the new word and background dies. Also, the arch die, can't remember it's name right now, is gorgeous. Love the new release. 😊
