This folder is compatible with leading die cutting and embossing machines (sold separately). Ink can be applied to one side of the folder and cardstock added for a letter press effect. This is a really nice embossing folder and it's well-done, which is not surprising for Spellbinders quality.
Edit: It wasn't until I paid for my order that I saw that, evidently, I had already bought this folder because it already had the above review! I haven't come across it anywhere, so I'm getting to see it all over again, with this duplicate, and I love it. I love evergreen trees and the only thing lacking is that wonderful scent of Christmas trees. :D

Love this Embossing Folder, what a lovely way to say Christmas with the Forevergreen Bough. Will make a great addition to my collection when choosing a background for my cards.

Took several tries to find the "right sandwich" to get this folder through my Big Shot. I love the result and it is definitely usable for more than a winter/Christmas emboss.
