This 14 piece Layered Summer Florals die set is designed by Lisa Jones for Sizzix. This die set is going to help you create beautiful layered flowers and leaves for your summer crafting projects. These dies are compatible with leading die cutting machines (sold separately). These wafer-thin chemically etched dies are designed to cut, emboss, or stencil a single sheet of paper, cardstock, vellum, or metallic foil. These dies can be used for cards, scrapbook pages, tags, journals, planners, and other paper crafting, home decor, and mixed media projects. The largest die measures 2.5" x 2.125" and the smallest die measures 0.25" x 0.375".
I am amazed with the quality of this die set. I liked what I saw when it was offered free and never thought it would be the size and quality it actually is. I'm very happy with this offer. The individual die pieces are all decent sizes--even the tiny ones, but most of the pieces are of a good handling size. The individual pieces are not interconnected, but are on tape strips to hold them in place on the card back, in their package. I usually peel those off and, if I can, will either peel the tape off, or use the powder that I use for removing static before embossing images. The powder makes the tape unable to stick to anything. (Worked like a charm.)
It is so easy to layer these flowers I could almost do it blindfolded! I sometimes (frequently) struggled with layering flowers, although it is getting easier, and this Sizzix die set designed by Lisa Jones made me feel like I just painted the Sistine Chapel! Easy and beautiful if I may say so myself. Thank you Lisa.
This is such a pretty diecut spray of flowers. Cuts beautifully and lots of options for combining the pieces. Several layers, which can be cut in different hues adding shade and dimension, it's a lovely set!

I normally scrapbook but have wanted to branch out to cards. This free die gave me a great opportunity. I had a blast & so pleased with the result. Just in time to make Mothers Day cards. I'm hooked!

Cuts great. There are a lot of pieces, a few very tiny. I cut several of each item in different colors. The look great when completed
