Love the Nuvo dream drops collection. Dragon scales is pearl mint green. Drops have a shimmer appearance and the color looks slightly different depending on the color of card stock used. Drops self level which is a must for crafters. No tapping of the card required. Cons are slow drying, but they scrap off easily if you accidentally smudge them. You must reapply in the same area as they leave a slight shimmer on the cardstock. The other negative is the price. Beautiful bottle and great color, but $8 a bottle is not budget friendly especially when I want all the colors available. Would definitely buy when they are on sale. I absolutely love these new drops from Nuvo. They are so easy to use and lay done perfectly and are such gorgeous colors, Will be getting all of the colors.
