Does this product require heat to adhere the foil to the adhesive design, or will simple pressure work?

No heat or die machine needed to transfer these. They are rub-ons which transfer a tacky adhesive design you can then place your foil on top of and use a bone folder and the adhesive design will grab the foil. If you want to test the foil you already have for compatibility then I would use a tape runner or flat sticky dot on some cardstock and then press your foil on it and see if it grabs. I’ve also tried flocking, fine glitter, mica pigments, and pearl powders with a fluffy brush. They all work great so far.
